IraVoice (VoiceAPI) FAQs

VoiceAPI is a set of tools that lets you add calling (make call/receive call) capabilities to your applications using an Application Programming Interface (API). Our telephony layer takes care of handling all the telephony functions while you can focus on your area of expertise.
Our products are being used in various industry verticals such as Lead Generation, Debt Collection, Voicebots, Consent Collection, Election Campaigns, and Outbound Campaign Managers.
Businesses can add value to their existing customer engagement channels by adding voice. This gives a powerful feature to those who are running legacy software or do not want to get into the telephony domain — they can leverage our years of domain knowledge to improve their customer experience.
Yes. Along with VoiceAPIs, our CPaaS platform provides APIs for WhatsApp, SMS, etc., which can be consumed by enterprise applications to create an omnichannel solution.
No. Our solution takes care of handling all SIP trunking, gateway management, and any troubleshooting required at the telephony end. Your application can use the APIs published to get the required features added.
Yes. The media of the established calls can be sent over the WebSocket to the required application using a secure protocol.

IraCPA FAQs

The most common one is improving the agent connectivity rate in contact centres and improving their efficiency. For outbound call campaigns, call centres can use AMD to detect if a call is answered by a human or an answering machine — and only calls answered by humans are transferred to agents, saving the agent's time and resulting in significant cost savings.
You can integrate your application with our IraCPA module using APIs and WebSocket integration methods to enable AMD.
No. If a speech pattern is used to detect the answering machine, there is no change between countries — you can use the same CPA configuration in all countries speaking different languages. However, if beep tones from answering machines have to be detected, then it is required to configure different frequencies for different countries.
IraCPA uses a proprietary algorithm based on stochastic techniques and can complete the detection process in less than two seconds — meeting the telecom regulations in countries like the USA (TCPA compliance).
IraCPA has a proven success rate of 92%+ and is used by our partners catering to different industry segments like banking, contact centres, insurance, healthcare, and e-commerce. It can complete the detection process in less than two seconds and identify whether the call is answered by a human or a voicemail.

General Questions

Our products support both on-premise and cloud-based installation with a flexible licensing scheme.
All the products can be configured to be accessed via only Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which uses RSA encryption and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). This provides protection from packet sniffing and eavesdropping. Voice products support both encrypted signaling known as SIPS (which can be SSL or TLS with signed certificates) as well as encrypted audio/media known as SRTP.
We provide support to add telephony integration to campaign managers with the help of APIs. A rich set of APIs using HTTP POST/REST/WebSockets will help achieve complete telephony integration.
Yes. All our products can be deployed on cloud platforms and achieve auto-scaling or geographic redundancy.
We can support the SaaS business model depending on the business case. Please contact us to discuss.
All our software can be installed on servers running Linux (Debian 11) or Windows (Windows Server 2018 or newer).
